Sunday. The day before the new semester and we were met with blue sky and warm winds. Without any better plans we set out to explore our surrounding. Next to our residential area are a nature reserve with a small lake and pathway all around, so we decided to try them out. Fantastic color schemes in the forest that day.
Feel that I need to update a bit. Haven't felt that I have had the time since my move to Umeå. However, today I have been staying at home because of a devilish cold. I thought it to be a good opportunity and also just about the workload I can manage at the moment.
Here's some images summarizing my summer with the family at the house in Rickleå. After an intense spring it was really nice to step down a bit and do something else.
Every year our family have a week when my mother and her siblings and family spend a week together at their childhood summer place. It's a small village in north of Sweden located by a beautiful lake. We don't really do anything grand or special, just socialize, eat good and enjoy the fact that it's summer. I haven't been able to attend these last summers so it was a really nice addition to a already great holiday. Can't remember the last time I spent so much time with the family.
